In January 2022, through the full cooperation of all colleagues in the company, the new material factory successfully completed the start-up and trial production, marking that the new material factory has already possessed production capacity. But for me, this is just the first step of the Long March, and there are still many problems waiting to be solved in front of us. The most urgent thing is: firstly, self-identity and adaptation for job transfer; secondly, establishing a reasonable and smooth production process system, forming a suitable production team, and ensuring the timely, timely, and efficient completion of production tasks.

Under the overall arrangement of the company, I took over from research and development to production, which was a transformation from familiar to unfamiliar fields. Whether in terms of professional direction or personnel management, it was a huge challenge. But for me, it's also an opportunity to transition from a specialist to a generalist. Based on the deep participation in infrastructure and equipment in the early stage, I have gained a deep understanding of production site and equipment management, and have a strong confidence in job transfer production. Therefore, I quickly completed my self psychological construction and went all out to new positions. At the same time, actively participate in the line manager growth camp provided by the company, arm oneself with theory, and quickly complete the role transformation.

All the past is a prelude, and it is precisely because tomorrow has created a platform for employees' growth, supporting them to continuously empower the team, that they have the opportunity to gain self-worth and the ability to assist in team development. The power of one person is just a small spark, but when we gather the power of each colleague, this spark releases enormous energy. It is precisely my platform that I have created, and in future new positions, I will take the initiative to take on new responsibilities, work together with the team to create common goals and continuously create better results.
